Russia gives go-ahead to PC-24 and its engine

Pilatus PC-24 deliveries to Russia are scheduled for 2021, now that Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency has approved both the aircraft and its Williams International FJ44-4A-QPM powerplant

Nesterov Aviation, an authorised sales and service centre for Pilatus in Russia, reports that Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) has simultaneously issued two important certificates; a type certificate for the РС-24 and an engine type certificate for the Williams International FJ44-4A-QPM engine installed on the aircraft.

"We have been waiting for this moment for a long time, and it is equally joyful for Nesterov and Pilatus Aircraft now the PC-24 is certified in Russia," states a Nesterov representative. "This is yet another reason for Russian clients to become PC-24 owners. As an authorised sales and service Pilatus centre in Russia, we want to thank the Russian aviation authorities, Rosaviatsiya in particular, for the well-coordinated work and support during all certification stages."
