Jet Aviation announced today that it earned recognition for West Palm Beach, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Dubai DXB, Geneva, Singapore, and Sydney in the 2023 Aviation International News (AIN) and Pro Pilot PRASE FBO surveys. For the second year in a row, the company also made the PRASE survey list of Best (U.S.) Small FBO Chains category.
Jet Aviation customers recognized a total of eight of the company’s FBOs in industry polls. In the annual AIN FBO Survey for the Americas, West Palm Beach again scored in the top 5% of all U.S. FBOs and was also placed in the top four in the “Top FBOs by Category,” for pilot amenities.
“I’m extremely proud of our entire FBO team who worked hard during a particularly fast paced and extremely busy year regarding flight activity,” added Richard Layson, Jet Aviation’s vice president of U.S. FBO operations. “Our West Palm Beach team continues to raise the standard—showcasing what it means to provide personalized and authentic services and creating seamless experiences for all who use our facility there. Safety and service excellence across our entire FBO network is a top priority and our Palm Beach team is regularly recognized by our customers for doing just that.”
In the publication’s Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia-Pacific FBO survey, Jet Aviation Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Dubai DXB, Singapore, Sydney, and Zurich received top overall scores in EMEAA, with Amsterdam and Geneva placing in the top 20% of all FBOs in the region. In addition, Amsterdam, Geneva, and Zurich were also recognized in the top “FBOs by category”. Amsterdam received praise for line service, facilities, and customer service representatives, with Geneva and Zurich scoring highly for pilot amenities and service, and passenger amenities and facilities, respectively.
“It’s fantastic to see the hard work and efforts that our FBO teams throughout Europe consistently demonstrate reflected in these customer surveys,” said Joao Martins, regional FBO operations Europe and GM Zurich. “With service excellence at the center of everything we do, our team are committed to ensuring the highest level of safety and an effortless experience for all customers who use our facilities.”
In the Pro Pilot PRASE customer survey, the company’s US network ranked fifth in Best (U.S.) Small FBO Chains category, while Jet Aviation Dubai DXB was awarded in the top “Middle East and African” FBOs.
“Our seamless service in Dubai is something we take great pride in,” said Hardy Bütschi, vice president Regional Operations Middle East and GM Dubai. “We have been providing a hub for customers in and visiting the Middle East since 2005, and the team is dedicated to ensuring that every journey through our facility, whether for FBO service, maintenance, or aircraft management and charter, is effortless. I am delighted to see their commitment recognized by customers and want to thank the entire team for the passion they bring to work every day.”
