A spike in North American business aviation flight activity was observed Thursday of this past week ahead of the Easter holiday weekend.
Flight activity declined into the weekend as we often see for widely observed holidays. We expect activity to pick back up as usual this coming week.
Stat of the week: Most comparisons of flight activity made between the present year and the past two years show a dramatic increase in activity as we continue to move away from the pandemic recession. It is significant to note that flight activity on the Friday and Saturday before Easter Sunday last year was within 3% of the activity observed on Friday and Saturday of this past week.
