North American business aviation activity falls after Hurricane Ian disrupts some of the busiest airspace in the country.

This past week (SUN SEP 25 - SAT OCT 01) averaged 9,454 flights per day, which was 1,169 less flights per day than the previous week. Overall activity was down 11.0% week over and week as the final week of September proved to be the slowest of the month.

Stat of the Week: The Southeastern US recorded 16,519 business aircraft departures from September 18th – 24th. The region recorded 13,735 departures from the 25th – 1st, representing a drop of 16.9%.
