Leading aircraft management business AXIS Aviation Austria has received Part 129 Operations Specifications (OpSpecs) certification, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to enable operations in the United States.
Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) and Leonardo are pleased to announce today that ADA’s AW139 intermediate twin-engine helicopter accomplished two flights powered by aviation fuel blended with SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) in Abu Dhabi on 28 and 30 November (the latter carrying on board UAE dignitaries and industry representatives).

Lilium N.V. The award marks a major milestone for Lilium, positioning it at the forefront of the industry as a company authorized to hold a type-certificate for an eVTOL aircraft in Europe.

Dubai Air Show 2023 was held in the United Arab Emirates from November 13 to 17, 2023. During the exhibition on November 14, strategic directions and perspective plans of cooperation on acquisition of new generation helicopters were discussed between Aviation Services Group (ASG) and Italian helicopter manufacturer Leonardo.

The general aviation aircraft manufacturing industry’s results for the first nine months of 2023, when compared to the same period in 2022, show increased aircraft deliveries across all segments along with an increase in the overall value of the aircraft shipments.
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. announced the successful completion of the world’s first trans-Atlantic flight using 100% sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Accomplished on November 19, the flight took place on a Gulfstream G600 aircraft, which departed the company’s headquarters in Savannah and landed 6 hours, 56 minutes later at Farnborough Airport in England.
Bell Textron Inc. announced a signed purchase agreement with Caverton Helicopters Limited for a Bell 429, which will be utilized for offshore operations in Cameroon. This is the first Bell 429 to operate in the oil and gas market in West Africa.
