Nomad Technics has recently signed a contract with Rockwell Collins to operate as factory authorized Business and Regional Systems (BRS) dealer.
This agreement gives Nomad Technics full access to the U.S. company’s product range, which consists of a broad range of avionics equipment and cabin systems for just about every type of business and commercial aircraft currently in operation. Nomad Technics AG will provide sales, marketing and after sales support to its customers who use Rockwell Collins avionics and cabin systems. This includes products such as the Venue IFE system with high-speed internet browsing capabilities, Tailwind Live TV, as well as future mandated avionics requirements such as FANS 1/A upgrades.

Nomad Technics AG, the maintenance division of Nomad Aviation AG based in Basel/Switzerland, is an EASA Part-145 approved organization (Approval No. CH.145.0386) and provides maintenance inspection and non-routine repair work on Bombardier Challenger 300, 600, 850 series, Bombardier Global XRS, Global 5000, Global 6000 and Embraer Legacy 600 and 650 business jets as well as line and base maintenance work on the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 series. Other types include Cessna’s C525 series aircraft.
The company occupies its own 7’400 m2 hangar together with 7’000 m2 of additional ramp space at the International EuroAirport in Basel / Switzerland. In addition to maintenance the company provides hangarage and parking services for aircraft up to the size of the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 series. Disinfection of any type of business jets is also on offer.
