Conference agenda, organized by the Russian United Business Aviation Association, will take place on 9 and 10 September under exhibition RUBAE 2020.

One of the events this year will be dedicated to all what refers to work with passenger onboard of a business aircraft. Business aviation offers the highest standards of performance and unique level of service. In many aspects, passenger’s satisfaction defines his or her loyalty to the airline. Passengers’ time onboard is passengers’ quality time, working time, communication with other passengers. Comfort and safety in the cabin is the basis of a successful flight.
Today service sector in business aviation represents an entire direction, which is highly competitive. Development of the industry in general, influence of outer negative factors, new standards and requirements for safety and quality do not allow to stop the motion. At the event we will speak about FA’s performance, new tendencies in catering, creation of interiors, and also about how to achieve necessary quality of service at those airports, where infrastructure and supply are limited.
“Today service in business aviation plays the most important role. New models for air companies, i.e. jet sharing, will influence the range and way of provision of services offered to passenger. Important, that this services will be kept out of digitalization – there is yet no digital bread or digital plaid. And personal smile cannot be replaced by a robot, comments Anna Serezhkina, RUBAA Executive Director.
