The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and the Shanghai Airport Authority (SAA) announced the decision to postpone through 2022 the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE), given challenges for exhibitors and attendees due to COVID-19, including travel restrictions.

Today, more than 400 Bell 429 aircraft serve an array of customers, offering operators large cabins, intuitive displays and excellent performance.

After signing a public service concession agreement with the Haute-Savoie department last July, VINCI Airports took over operations at Annecy Mont-Blanc airport on 1 January. VINCI Airports will therefore now manage and operate the airport for 15 years, bringing its network of French airports up to 12.

Jet Aviation announced today the successful delivery of three Bell 412 helicopters following major inspections and refurbishments for a returning customer in the Middle East. The company has been providing helicopter maintenance, repair, upgrades, and modifications from its location in Fujairah, U.A.E., since 2017, including dedicated maintenance support throughout the region.

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. today announced the all-new Gulfstream G700 has made great strides in its flight-test program and is capping 2021 with additional accomplishments, including the use of a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) blend on 83% of G700 flights launched from the Savannah-based Gulfstream Flight Test Center. Gulfstream anticipates G700 customer deliveries beginning in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The French Armament General Directorate (DGA) has ordered an additional two five-bladed H145s destined to equip the Sécurité Civile, an agency of the French Ministry of Interior that performs rescue and air medical transport services throughout France. This contract is a follow-up to the contract signed in 2020 for an initial batch of two H145s which were delivered in December 2021.
